Our Return Policy

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, perfume, or makeup.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on prom dresses that have been tried on without protective undergarments or show any signs of wear.

How to Return an Item

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
