- Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Return Conditions
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached. Items must be in pristine condition with:

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Prom dresses that have been tried on without protective undergarments
- Items with removed tags or signs of wear
- Altered or customized pieces
- Final sale items (clearly marked on product pages)
How to Return an Item
